I keep getting this error on Cosmos LMS server it happens on half or more of the maps, on some it doesn't. Please help!

Many years later.. now I need the BubuDecoSC file too. INDeadEnd-Bm is asking for it on Cosmo's LMS server. Not just this map but the one before it, I think it was military base. Both times the error kicked everyone out of the server.
